One of the specificities of the C.N.E.S. is to be a Chamber of experts, both in Paris and across France, which provides it with a nationwide dimension.
This regional strategy has given rise to the creation of Regional Chambers, each of which has a President and a regional Bureau. They cover almost all of France, and can be listed as follows: Aquitaine, Burgundy - Rhône Alpes, Brittany - Pays de Loire, Centre, Mediterranean, Normandy - Nord Picardie, Paris - Ile de France, Strasbourg East, Toulouse Pyrenees
These various large geographical regions have enabled certain specialities in particular to bloom: for example Furniture or Objects, whether from Savoy, Bordeaux, Nantes, Provence or elsewhere, whether made by Hache or Nogaret, has its own particular specialist, just as Parisian Furniture or Objects do.
Paris and the Paris region, with around 60 members, is however the leading region in France. The national secretariat, located in Paris, collects and distributes information for each region and is in charge of coordinating the Chamber network.

This widespread geographical localisation is indicative of the wide ranging and yet very specific vision which is part of the soul and the specificity of the C.N.E.S.
